If you have available tokens to renew your subscription - then yes. If you do not have enough tokens to renew your subcription - then no. Our payment gateway does not share any information with us, so we can not process your renewals automatically.
All token purchases are final and non-refundable. You may refund a payment from a model after 48 hours of purchase for a full token refund in case something goes wrong. If there is nothing wrong with the content that you have purchased, your case will be dismissed and you will not be refunded.
Every content has a refund option next to it. Click on Refund and you will open a dispute with the model. If the model does not want to refund you, you can request Admin support and we will step in and review your case. If there is something wrong with the content that was delivered, we will refund your tokens to your account. For example: if the seller uploads a 30 minute video with 28 minutes of black background (no content whatsoever) and does not specify it, you will be eligible for a token refund.
We add Value Added Tax (VAT) and other fees (such as gateway fee and similar) for every purchase in order to stay compliant with law. Due to a recent interpretation of an EU law by HMRC, we have implemented changes to the treatment of Buyer payments.
You can request a payout at any time that you would like. We process all payouts manually so you might to wait a few hours for the withdrawal request to be complete.
